 LIDO CHILELLI
In 1988, Lido Chilelli, proprietor of Lido's In The Beach, a popular Toronto Beaches area restaurant, combined his love of live music and devotion to outdoor family entertainment to produce Toronto's first ever Beaches International Jazz Festival. Soon thereafter, Chilelli realized his talent as a producer and assisted in the creation of The Corso Italia Festival. Success as a producer did not stop there, and now Chilelli is involved in the Waterfront Blues and the Wasaga BeachFest. Two and a half decades later, Chilleli is recognized as one of the few producers to promote Canadian Jazz, R&B and Blues talent. Chilelli's resolve has brought him considerable recognition, including feature coverage in national magazines, the recipient of the Queen's Golden Jubilee Medal and the honour of being the Lion Clubs' "Lion of the Year."
The Barrie Waterfront Festival, now celebrating its sixth year, has become an exciting addition for Chilelli. He is extremely pleased with the past successes and is pleased to branch out of Toronto. Barrie has a beautiful waterfront and a solid sense of community. Building on these positive elements, Chilleli hopes to discover new talent as well as promote some well-known favourites. Barrie is always pleased to welcome Lido Chielli and looks forward to seeing him for years to come...
 PAT CARPIGNANO
A career spanning over 20 years in the food and beverage industry and a long-time member of the Beaches Lions Club, Pat is proud to be Co-Producer of the Barrie Waterfront Festival along side long-time partner and friend Lido Chilelli. Pat discovered a love for producing back in his high school years where he took on the role of producer for school dances, drama productions and many other extracurricular activities. His natural talent and purposeful approach to managing complicated stage productions quickly progressed steering Pat towards his long-standing role in promoting a diverse array of musical genres (Jazz, Blues, R&B, Rock – to name a few) for the community. A strong family man and father of three, Pat is also Co-Producer for the Wasaga BeachFest, Waterfront Blues, Corso Italia Toronto Fiesta, Y108 Rock ‘n’ Role Picnic and, of course, the Beaches International Jazz Festival.
